I had the pleasure of meeting the K family who was just a dream to photograph. The girls who are 3 and 8, went back and forth between being affectionate towards each other and wanting their own space. Mallory (the mom) did such a great job of coordinating outfits. I loved the subtle color pops. Coordinating outfits really adds something special to your photographs. I highly recommend taking the time to be planful with outfits – it really makes a difference in the overall effect and outcome. The couch you’ll see was also a fun prop – and belongs to Mallory. Kudos to her hubby for lugging that through the park!
If you were thinking about Fall Family Photos, you should book now. It’s becoming last minute for most photographers and availability is limited. If you’re interested in a fall family session, give me a call or shoot me an email and we can discuss what you’re envisioning and even talk through outfits! And without further ado, Mallory and her family who are amazingly photogenic!
I really love both their smiles and serious faces.
What would fall family photos be without some fun playing with leaves?
Lastly, I wanted to capture a few of Mom alone with each daughter. We did have to wrangle the kids a bit for these photos as they had been eyeing the playground for a while. Aren’t these sweet? I love Mom’s hat too!
